Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of superagent.auto and SuperAgent's early access program.

SuperAgent is an AI-powered SaaS platform for automotive professionals. The platform provides vehicle inventory management, AI-assisted email and calendar management, contact relationship management, invoicing, and intelligent automation features. Third-party integrations (Gmail, Google Calendar, social media) require separate authorization by the user.

During launch, access remains restricted to admitted establishments. Sending contact details or requesting a demonstration is neither a purchase nor a guarantee of access. Subscription requires a separate acceptance.

Creating an account alone does not trigger a charge. For admitted establishments in France, the 14-day trial starts after subscription confirmation and payment-method collection by Stripe. Before confirmation, the account displays the plan, its monthly price excluding tax, applicable taxes and automatic renewal. Unless canceled or changed before renewal, the accepted plan becomes paid. Stripe processes payment methods.

You can cancel in Subscription settings. Cancellation during the trial prevents the first subscription charge. Afterwards, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Account closure and data recovery are separate processes. Included quantities and prices for usage services must be displayed and accepted separately; activating a feature alone does not purchase additional services.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise the site's security, or transmit malicious content.

All site elements (text, images, logos, software) are the property of SuperAgent Auto LLC. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is." SuperAgent does not guarantee continuous site availability or the accuracy of demonstration information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
