Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of superagent.auto and SuperAgent's early access program.

SuperAgent is an AI-powered SaaS platform for automotive professionals. The platform provides vehicle inventory management, AI-assisted email and calendar management, contact relationship management, invoicing, and intelligent automation features. Third-party integrations (Gmail, Google Calendar, social media) require separate authorization by the user.

By submitting your contact information, you express interest in the early access program. This does not constitute a purchase commitment or guarantee of access.

إنشاء الحساب وحده لا يؤدي إلى خصم أي مبلغ. للمنشآت المقبولة في فرنسا، تبدأ التجربة لمدة 14 يومًا بعد تأكيد الاشتراك وتسجيل وسيلة دفع لدى Stripe. قبل التأكيد تظهر الباقة وسعرها الشهري قبل الضرائب والضرائب المطبقة والتجديد التلقائي. إذا لم يُلغَ الاشتراك أو تُغيّر الباقة قبل التجديد، تصبح الباقة المقبولة مدفوعة. تتولى Stripe معالجة وسائل الدفع.

يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك من قسم الاشتراك. الإلغاء خلال التجربة يمنع أول دفعة للاشتراك. بعد ذلك يسري الإلغاء عند نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. إغلاق الحساب واسترجاع البيانات إجراءان منفصلان. يجب عرض كميات وأسعار الخدمات حسب الاستخدام وقبولها بشكل منفصل؛ تفعيل ميزة وحده لا يشتري خدمات إضافية.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to compromise the site's security, or transmit malicious content.

All site elements (text, images, logos, software) are the property of SuperAgent Auto LLC. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The service is provided "as is." SuperAgent does not guarantee continuous site availability or the accuracy of demonstration information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For users residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.
